The Cumberland Houses are conveniently situated at the corner of Cumberland and Stewart. Ottawa University begins immediately across Stewart. Tabaret Hall is a one minute walk away! The Rideau Center, a mall with over 300 shops? A seven minute walk. The Market with its lively cafe/restaurant/bar/patio life style? About a 12 min walk!

OC Transpo buses are easily accessible as well. There is a Metro grocery store down the street, and a convenience store is directly across the street from the houses on the corner of Cumberland St. You can't get more convenient than that!

Living at the house is structured in such a way that each of the six bedrooms per house are rented separately. Three rooms on the top floor and a bathroom, one bedroom on the main floor, and two bedrooms on the lower level also with a bathroom. Included in the common areas are the bathrooms, the kitchen, and the living room. The houses are fully furnished and the rent includes utilities as well as a FREE washer and dryer. Wi-Fi is available. Cable is not included.
